  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that due to the delicate nature of dinnerware products, we recommend careful handling during unpacking.


2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive return instructions
  2. Carefully package your item to prevent damage
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address

After we receive your returned item, it will be processed within 4–7 days.


3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Smith Hönig will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other return reasons (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We ship worldwide, excluding most Asian and remote regions.

  • Order processing time: 4–7 days
  • Standard DHL/FedEx shipping: 7–14 days, fee $12.95
  • Free EMS shipping: 12–24 days, free for orders over $50

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged due to customer handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Returns requested after 30 days
